They included NHS mental health referrals for anxiety, depression, and longer-term work with post-natal depression, childhood trauma, PTSD, Narcissistic emotional abuse, self-esteem, perfectionism and procrastination.
My main qualifications include an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health, and a post-graduate Certicate and Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, all from the University of Edinburgh.
